The importance of Home Health care is being emphasized, as it is urgently needed to reduce the national health expenditure.

In this study, Hospital - based Home health care seemed more appropriate than community based Home heath care.
The reasons are:
1. After the implementation of health insurance, the contribution of large hospitals to the total medical fee and its utilization rate has increased yearly, and an effective management of bed in hospitals is needed.
2. To settle down Home health care acquiring the credibility of people.
3. To provide comprehensive health service and the to ensure the patient´s readmission 4. To improve the efficiency in providing services.
5. Hospital can be a place for the research and training of multidiscipline Home, health care team.
6. To prepare for the change in method of reimbursement for health care service
This Hospital based Home care can produce the length of stay in a hospital and thus can provide timely medical care service to more people. It can also provide a better hospital financial´, stability and reduce the financial burden of the national health expenditure.
